I recently made a career transition back to the nonprofit sector. I am now the Development Director and Instructor for The Right Step, Inc. The Right Step is a therapeutic riding center that serves people with special needs through the healing power of horses. As Development Director, I am able to marry my previous sponsorship and account management experience with my desire to help under-served populations. My goal is always to create lasting relationships in my work so that I can expand my network, grow a donor base, and challenge myself to learn new things every day.I previously worked as an Account Manager at SSB, working in the Central Intelligence space for Sports & Entertainment clients. In June 2016, I completed my MBA in strategic business analytics. Before returning to school, I worked in the sports industry. My previous experience in the sports industry provided me with a deep understanding of consumers and allowed me to work with corporate partners across multiple industries. I am able to synthesize information and create recommendations quickly with available information or data.
