Leonard Frye

I am an Analyst in BearingPoint’s European public sector team. I have strong background in Policy and European affairs and is used to working in multicultural and multilingual settings within the consulting and the public sector, both at the national as well as the international level. With a comprehensive background in economics and political science, I have gained broad experience with policy analysis and consulting assignments for international institutions and agencies. I am especially focussed on policy analysis, data analysis, operational improvement, as well as evaluations. I am experienced with stakeholder consultations, data analysis and visualization, impact assessments, benchmarking, facilitating and moderating workshops, prioritisation methods, and governance design. Before joining BearingPoint, I worked at the GIZ in Germany, conducted policy research and advise for the OECD’s Education Department, worked as Analyst for Sciences Po’s Policy Lab in collab with the Global Trends Unit of the European Parliament and is involved with a growing social non-profit organization. He holds a master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris with a major in economics and a bachelor’s degree from University College Maastricht with a major in Social and Health Policy. Leonard is Fluent in English, French and German, and proficient in Dutch.
