Leonidas Marchesini

I am a foodie and a career changer who has been studying and practicing culinary arts over the last years. My former career was in the Marketing field when I had been working as a leader of multiple task teams which allowed me to develop leadership, strategic planning, management, resilience and teamwork. As cook I have have been increasing my knowledge every day since I first entered in a professional kitchen. I have developed a great variety of techniques and skills such as ordering, inventorying, high volume cooking and catering. I had my first professional cooking job at The Mill St. Beer Hall and was promoted to Kitchen Supervisor after 4 months due to my attitude and hard working. As a career changer and responsible professional, I put all my efforts to learn fast, work hard and make a great job and develop myself.
