With 28 years in the customer service industry, my experience in serving individuals has provided me with a foundation and necessary skills to excel in today’s world. I am a self driven and focused individual who knows how to set goals and work to achieve them with minimal supervision. I have acquired a solid reputation for my knowledge, coaching, loyalty, and listening. Specialties: Motivating others, planning and execution of events, listening and coaching skills required to meet daily goals and to guide team to following by example. My years of experience in servicing and connections I have made over the years have built within me an incredible passion and desire to serve and to continue to meet the needs of others.
