Most of my career has been dependent upon clear communication with all stakeholders at every level. 18 years as Personal assistant to the MD in a fast-paced, high quality Electronic Manufacturing Company. A diverse role which included some Project Management, General Office Management, Internal face to face quality audits, and prime contact for high profile customers. All reliant on good and clear communication. Almost 3 years as a Planner/Scheduler within a different area of the same company. Planning production and creating daily and weekly reports and KPI’s. And communicating this information to all stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from procurement to manufacture. Happy to take the lead in brainstorming events and present summaries. Attend stakeholder meetings and make valid contributions, aware of the need for audience buy in. Ability to inspire and motivate people to participate in charity events, netball clubs, cycling groups, and attend craft workshops.
