The holistic approach to staffing at Strategic Recruiting Services is a reflection of my personal and professional goals to put the human element back into a very disposable world. My core passion is to assist other businesses to achieve their full potential through our hiring initiatives. Strategic Recruiting Services, LLC is the business I designed to turn those passions into a successful company. Being an entrepreneur has always been more than just being a business mogul with an appetite for success. I have spent thirty years of my life consulting, developing, and building strategic partnerships. I have used my skills in communication and general passion for people to my advantage by bringing the right employees to the right companies. Prior to SRS, I built a multi-million-dollar staffing agency that I sold after almost twenty years in business. Most of my customers were larger corporate establishments, I saw a gap in the market for small and midsize businesses. I began SRS in order to assist those businesses with not only their hiring and recruiting needs, but with their HR needs as well. We now work with companies around the globe as well as locally to ensure they have the right teams in place to drive their companies forward.
