My favorite part of any job is always when I can show a group of leaders how they can meet/exceed their goals, either by establishing better metrics for tracking, implementing a stronger management operating system or pin-pointing the most profitable markets/products. I am an innovative leader with over 15 years of experience in financial performance analysis, sales operations and system implementation with a proven track record of providing results.
