Letitia Armstrong

After first hand experience with managing a large multi-generational family of my own, I decided to use my skills and education to assist other individuals and families in the community with issues of illness, disability, and aging. Along with my business partner, Jill Showalter, I formed At Your Service, Inc. In 1998. With a carefully selected staff, all of whom are also well educated professionals, we have offered care and assistance to over two hundred families in the Central Kentucky area since our founding. As a company, our goal is to provide the highest level of professional care to our clients. Personally, it has been rewarding to me to be able to step in and help educate and partner with families in crisis due to medical or elder care issues. Adding to my own personal experience, I also served on the staff of the Alzheimer's Association Adult Day Center where I received training and hands-on experience dealing with participants suffering from several different forms of dementia. My life and work experiences, coupled with my general education, makes it possible for me to serve as a resource in many areas for the clients we serve. Special interests include Alzheimer's and related dementias and their effect on the family, mental health issues in all ages, multi-generational family management, and locating and utilizing community resources related to aging and disability.
