Experience in cross-border investment promotion, customer acquisition and key account management in the field of Industrial Real Estate. Currently based in Tokyo and working with Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., I serve as the bridge to Japanese enterprises looking to venture out of Japan, assisting their site selection and facility delivery overseas. I also assist international companies in their search for industrial real estate solutions in Southeast Asia and Japan. In addition, as part of business development responsibilities, I scout for new locations and land parcels to expand our footprint to. Prior to joining Daiwa House Industry, I was working in Singapore. My real estate career started with Ascendas (now CapitaLand), serving as the customer acquisition executive, responsible for generating leads and acquiring real estate occupiers for projects located in Singapore and overseas, including China, India and Southeast Asia. Given my proficiency in Japanese language, I specialized in building Japanese customer portfolio. Since then, I have grown my network of Japanese enterprises and channel partners. My interest in Southeast Asia developed over time. I moved to Gallant Venture, and subsequently to China Fortune Land Development to work on projects in Indonesia and Vietnam.
