Extensive experience in providing legal and structuring advice to lenders and borrowers in connection with general finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance, property finance, securities and other financing arrangements such as receivables based financing and derivatives. Also has experience in general commercial matters and corporate advisory. Conducts presentations and workshops for clients focusing on documentation and other issues that arise during the course of a transaction. Has previously presented regularly to the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association on documentation issues and market disruption concepts. Has worked in Sydney, London (and was admitted in England and Wales) and Singapore. Has also been seconded to Westpac Banking Corporation, BNP Paribas and Suncorp.
