Liane Tobin

Started my career as a Certified Medical Assistant at Franklin Internal Medicine spending 3.5 years developing skills and learning the trade of Medical Assisting. I moved to Concord Hospital Wound Healing Center learning a specialty of wound care. This was for almost 6 years where I was able to take on new tasks and work with patients with various healthcare needs. The next step in my career I recently moved to whole new aspect of healthcare serving in an Integrated healthcare environment. I have the opportunity to work with Psychologist and all members of team to create this integration of mental and medical health together. This is very exciting for our patients and co-workers alike and can lead to better healthcare for all. Along with my professional career I volunteer for the New Hampshire Society of Medical Assistants as their secretary for now a second term. I also participate in the C.E.R.T program as a volunteer in the community
