Lieke Caldenhoven

During my study Applied Psychology (a combination of human psychology and HR related subjects) I got the chance to spend some time in Africa. I gained work experience in training, coaching, mentoring and counseling in Uganda during my internships in Kampala and Masaka. Besides this I was already active as a trainer since 2008 in the Netherlands. I would describe myself as an extrovert, a team player, well organized, open minded, willing to learn, self motivated, goal focused, strong communication skills, flexible, a leader and I can work under time pressure. I'm a trained trainer, coach and mediator and researcher and have experience in delivering coaching sessions and teambuilding, communication, sales and customer care trainings. My degrees and educational background: Bachelor in Applied Psychology, Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, The Netherlands Certificate for buying and using psychological tests from Pearson Certificate in Youth and Young People Module in Mediation and Handling Conflicts Certificate in Global Development Issues
