A highly motivated and conscientious pharmaceutical scientist with 10+ years of experience in different stages of drug development for novel peptide/protein therapeutics and drug delivery systems. My work has focused on superporous hydrogels (SPHs), cell penetrating peptides (CPPs), and exosomes for improved drug delivery. I am interested in opportunities where I could contribute to the research and development of better therapeutics. Specialties: - Co-led the development of an exosome-based topical delivery system for anti-aging peptides in skin care: from proof of concept to a marketable platform in two years - Developed and optimized purification process and cargo loading process for exosome-based delivery system, and analytical method to quantify loaded cargos - Molecular cloning for recombinant protein/peptide (including sequence design and optimization) - Protein expression, purification, and characterization; experienced with endotoxin removal and quantification - Experience with pharmacokinetic and toxicity studies in mouse & imaging study in mouse xenograft model - Development and characterization of superporous hydrogels containing interpenetrating polymer network (SPH-IPNs)
