Lily Jampol, Ph.D.

I help organizations solve difficult challenges through data collection, analysis, storytelling, and strategy. I believe that we can make workplaces more productive, happy, and equitable through evidence-based D&I strategy applied in a creative, conscientious, and context-driven way. I am also a frequent speaker and write on diversity and inclusion from a behavioral science and data perspective. I believe one of the keys to progress is understanding how people think, behave, and relate. My dissertation work involved understanding how biases show up in common workplace processes, like performance feedback through a mix of quantitative and qualitative evidence. I aim to provide the strongest insights and solutions through a mix of research, industry best practices, and a deep understanding of organizations' unique contexts.
