Lina Ceschin

Most of my work experience was focused on Strategy and Innovation, whether applied to product and project management, service design, branding, or product design. That helped me create a good practice on qualitative and quantitative research, business strategy and agile methods. I have served as an external consultant for global leaders in different markets such as Facebook, Google, Samsung, Itaú, Barilla (and a group of others). I also worked creating and leading operations at the Globosat's Innovation Lab at Globo (Latin America largest media group, placed in BR) and as a Product Manager on Chama The App (a SHV Group bottled gas startup), working closely with development team, day to day operations, usability and data analysis. Recently I joined Salesforce’s Ignite team to bring Strategic Design and Agile approaches for business on Salesforce's LATAM clients. HARD SKILLS - Operations and Product Management on any area related to Strategic Design, Service Design and Innovation Visual Design and Content Design, agile methods and prototyping. - Development and execution of user research, insights generation and actionable concepts for the assertive creation of services, products, brands and interactions. - Capability to make concepts tangible and testing through customized metrics and KPIs adapted to the clients challenges. - Proficiency in creating experience maps, user’s journey maps, and service blueprints, interaction models and wireframes. SOFT SKILLS - Project leadership with multidisciplinary teams. - Skill in multiplying knowledge in a systemic way driving the development of design thinking methodologies within the company itself. - Ability to communicate with different hierarchical levels of the company about multiple stages of the process [research results, conceptual ideas, detailing, executive summary] - Work directly related to the executive team in development of clients focused sales plans. - Willingness to extend skillset in adjacent specializations
