Given the opportunity to manage a new intensive enablement mental health service in mid Essex supporting vulnerable adults. This is a new needs led service with personalisation at the core of what we provide, our mission is to enable individuals to reach their goals and to go onto independent living. Worked in the care, social care sector for six years. Gaining invaluable experience with vulnerable adults of all ages, main experience with learning disabilities and/or dementia, and/or with mental health issues. Looking for further advancement in care into management, not afraid of standing up for good quality care and support and protection of vulnerable adults. Outside of work I have embarked on the QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social care to help my advancement in my career. I enjoy spending time with my family, and my dogs, going to concerts especially rock, cinema, walking and visiting new places.
