Many times in life an individual may face a difficult time in which it is evident that change is necessary. Change is a difficult thing to do, so we go down the same road repeating our routines until they become a habit. Our habits, even though we know we need to change them, are so familar to us that over time it becomes difficult to want to change, until we see the effects on our loved ones surrounding us.
