Linda Lin

Linda is the head of global transfer pricing for UST. Her primary responsibility includes international tax/transfer pricing planning, transfer pricing compliance, audit defense and operational transfer pricing design. Before Linda joined UST, she was an experienced senior manager and Ph.D economist of Deloitte Tax LLP. As part of the Deloitte Tax Transfer Pricing team, Linda works on advising multinational companies in business restructuring, intellectual property migration strategies, and the establishment, evaluation, and monitoring of their intercompany pricing policies. Linda’s clients have included companies operating in a wide variety of industries, such as oil and gas, semiconductor, software, chemicals, medical device manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies etc. Linda has extensive experience managing large scope projects, including tax reform planning, U.S. And global BEPS documentation and planning studies, audit defense work. Technical areas of experience include financial modelling, intellectual property valuation, and international comparability issues in connection with transfer pricing documentation. In addition to these skills, Linda has extensive experience with coordinating works across function and over 50+ countries for multinational companies.
