Linda Nappa

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the desalination, wastewater and industrial water fields, with roles spanning the entire project lifecycle, including project development, commissioning, operations, capital works upgrades, defect management and decommissioning. My expertise is in the unique processes used to treat the most problematic feed water qualities, specifically high recovery reverse osmosis treatment. I played a key role in the commissioning and operation of two of Veolia’s flagship industrial water treatment facilities, where our teams showed the agile thinking, resilience and innovation necessary to maintain the high standards of quality and production required under challenging - and often extreme- conditions. After 9 years of working to transform industrial water for beneficial reuse, it was a natural progression to embrace the principles of the circular economy in the resource recovery field.
