Linda Robson

I am a passionate and outgoing person who continually strives to support the organization in a way that generates achievement. Having been employed with 4-H, a program of UW Madison Division of Extension, for almost 12 years; I have not only worked with youth and volunteers, but also with community partners. During this time, I’ve strengthened my abilities in communication with both volunteers and professionals, project planning, problem solving, simultaneously managing multiple projects, computer skills and database maintenance. After earning my Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from UW Milwaukee, I have a thorough understanding businesses and corporations. I have gained skills in grant writing, fundraising, administrative duties, leadership of both paid staff and volunteers, and a strong understanding of professionalism. I presently oversee 29 4-H community clubs, which constitute 830 members, organize 280 volunteers and work directly with the Adult Leaders Association.
