They say curiosity killed the cat, but I don't believe that applies in business. I believe curiosity is the key to improving business processes, setting a new status quo, and evolving quickly to meet customer's needs. I enjoy taking on new projects where I can dig in, ask questions, and rally a team around a common set of objectives. As a Senior Program Manager overseeing $300M worth of P&L, it is my responsibility to ask the tough questions and empower the team to achieve results quickly. Our primary mission is to deliver aircraft parts to our customers in a quick and cost efficient manner. Internally, I am consistently prioritizing optimization of our business - in the form of increasing inventory turns, lowering COGS, and enhancing processes to lower lead times. My background in finance and strategy puts me in a unique position to set longer term strategic goals while also understanding the intricacies of it's impacts to our financials. My background completing multiple data analysis projects allows me to easily understand trends in our metrics and take action quickly. My colleagues describe me as bold, analytical, and empowering. I always prefer celebrating wins as a team versus as an individual. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and learning about personal finance. I am especially passionate about sharing my financial journey and helping others understand their budgets and the power of building wealth. I am also a real estate investor having purchased my first rental property in January 2021.
