I have worked in the customer service field for over five years with various jobs from lead sales associate to hostess. I'm currently pursuing an Associates degree from Muskegon Community College in Medical Office Management with an intent to find a full-time position in the healthcare field. I have an expected graduation date in the spring of 2017. I currently am employed at Muskegon Community College Hendrik Meijer Library as a library clerk as well as Dollar General as a lead sales associate. Both of these positions have geared me towards a great understanding of customer service. Duties range from operating a cash register, filing paperwork, making reservations, answering phones, stocking shelves, etc. I'm a dedicated and focused office assistant who excels at prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously.
