Lindsey is a skilled Yoga professional who has studied yoga for 15 years with various teachers and styles. In 2013 Lindsey completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification at Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago, Illinois. Since then Lindsey completed her 85 hour pre-natal certification through the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga as well as a restorative yoga certification through The Yapana Way, taught by Leeann Carey. Lindsey’s teaching is greatly influenced by traditional hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, power yoga and restorative styles of yoga. Lindsey likes to create classes that challenge students to use their bodies, breath and minds to strengthen, focus and ground themselves in the present moment. In 2017 Lindsey founded and created Eventful Yoga. Eventful Yoga creates personalized and unique practices, customized for any special event.
