I have spent 40 years working in Vietnam’s savory food Industry with a personal desire to disrupt unhealthy consumption and harmful production practices. For more than 20 years, as the R&D Director of Acecook Vietnam (Vietnam’s leading manufacturer of instant noodles), I spearheaded the creation of the renowned ‘Acecook: Hao Hao Instant Noodles’ line - the best-selling instant noodles in Vietnam. In a global company like Acecook, my time was spent among Vietnam, Japan, and the USA to understand the global trends of savory food market as well as different production styles & techniques. Currently, I'm on another mission with Vietnam Food Joint Stock Company to revolutionize the shrimp byproducts industry in Vietnam. With my specialization in Food industry, as the Adviser to the Board, I continue to lead important projects for VNF and create a strong foundation for the business to grow.
