With my previous project coordinator role at NAK Design Strategies, I provided administrative support to two project managers and coordinated an average of three concurrent projects each month. I planned and monitored project schedules, budgets, resources, and communication. I specialized in maintaining detailed project documentation, which ensured all project stakeholders were informed of scope, milestones, and deliverables. While working in NAK’s fast-paced environment, I excelled at remaining calm under pressure and staying focused on the timely completion of all project milestones. I am involved with overseeing progress from inception to completion; understand the bidding and negotiations process, cost management, change orders, project time scheduling, pay application, settling project problems, owner needs, subcontractor issues and a comprehensive understanding of the complete construction cycle.
