Service Architect / Project Manager with over 40+ years of experience in Project managing, network planning, maintenance, technical problem solving and troubleshooting.I have been working as Project manager leading technical track of customer network infrastructure outsourcing to Tieto, leading there technical specialists managing customers network infrastructure transition & transformation.I have worked as Project manager leading technical track of Tieto DC Core network transitions to new core infrastructure, leading there technical specialists managing customers network infrastructure transition & transformation. Latest big project was one of Tieto DC ramp down project (04/2016 - 06/2018). There I was PM for hole customer dedicated and Tieto shared network environment, so including network devices and operator connections, migration/transition to our other DC's.Since 2018 I was involved in one customer Call Service system renewal as technical contact to 3rd Party. From 08/2018 I investigated network devices and servers management connections. I planned and coordinated servers management connections to new management service environment. Network device management connections were requested from each area specialists. From september 2020 to December 2020 I was working in VM-ware replatforming project. COMPETENCIES- Have a good and long project management and technical network background.- Working knowledge of major networking components & hardware components.- Knowledge of ITIL incident, problem & change management.- Good negotiation skills and knowledge of 3rd Parties and operators.
