I am a commercially focused senior Finance leader with extensive experience in fast paced changing environments (including financial services and manufacturing). I have a significant level of experience in managing finance transformation and integration programs, building new processes and relationships across multi sites. I have a strong management accounting and cost control background, having led sizeable teams to deliver monthly reporting. At the heart of the roles I have done is my ability to successfully build relationships, motivate teams and manage key stakeholders. I am an experienced business partner, with a proven ability to adapt to different requirements across a number of different industries, challenging and influencing senior financial and non-financial stakeholders. I have extensive planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis experience, leading high performing teams to deliver quality MI to aid strategic business decisions. I have delivered key planning and reporting projects, managing the end to end process across numerous teams in the organisation. I am driven by supporting businesses in making key financial and commercial decisions, and have worked closely with strategy teams to deliver corporate planning processes in a closely regulated environment.
