An ICF Certified Coach ACC, & a Senior HR leader with extensive experience in the health care, pharmaceutical & technology sectors. Partnering with business leaders, strengthening an organization’s capability, while building supportive & strategic HR functionality. Certified in Diversity & Inclusion, I am a culture champion and change agent with a passion for people development. With many years in HR, I have seen my fair share! Essentially, I believe most challenges boil down to communication. It’s the message; the delivery, content, tone, timing, willingness to communicate, and honesty all wrapped up in a blanket of positive intent. I tend to be direct, but with generosity, pursuing creative solutions with a pragmatic approach. An innovative Coach and HR professional, I implement and support changes that result in healthy cultures, resulting in people who care to care. When people are your priority, business happens. My passion is to help people connect with their next level of success. To support this passion, I hold an ICF credentialed Coach certification (ACC), and a certificate in diversity and inclusion from the Canadian Center for Diversity and Inclusion. Pulling this all together with my years of HR experience gives me a unique skill set to coach leaders on a one to one basis, or within a corporate setting as a resident Coach. I am a natural networker and communicator; chalk it up to that east coast charm, give me a room and I will find a connection. A Nova Scotia gal at heart, living in the Toronto area with my husband and two great kids.
