Lisa Berggren

I am a dynamic and resourceful industry leader with a history of pioneering concepts in family-focused experiences. My work spearheading the family-friendly movement within the hospitality industry has been recognized in several publications for unique innovative programming and leveraging non-traditional and social marketing channels. I have a passion and heart for youth programming and am adept at relationship building with customers and vendors. My goal is to design inspired and unique experiences that entertain, educate, and create memorable experiences for children and families that last a lifetime. The heart of any successful programming is staff and I have an aptitude for staff development, best practice innovation, and effective operational oversight. Exceptional communication abilities support my ability to design and deliver innovative training programs and motivate staff to previously unimagined heights. In addition to the people skills, I have the hard skills necessary to repeatedly innovate and continue to deliver results. I am resourceful and leverage partnerships to develop programming that belies its budget. I stretch resources, coordinate logistics, create effective marketing, and am technically skilled in a wide variety of software, including website design and social media programs. I am a Leader of leaders and have won numerous service awards.
