I am a highly skilled, self-motivated, and detail-oriented problem solver and technical leader. I'm at my best when I'm solving problems around complex inter- and intra-application interactions. I keep developers on my team "fed" with tasks, provide direction, and remove roadblocks. I seek out and implement improvements to internal processes through automation and convention as is appropriate. I value process that facilitates faster or higher quality development, but certainly not process for it's own sake. I enjoy designing and writing integrations with other systems, working with analysts to define (and then implement) business requirements, and assisting with planning for our future roadmaps.
