Lisa Madden is currently the Executive Vice President at The Steely Group serving the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Gene Therapy industry's clinical drug development staffing needs. Expertise includes building Clinical & Scientific Sales & Recruiting delivery organizations for Retail, Central Delivery/VMS, Direct Hire, International Sourcing, Media/Branding/SEO, PeopleSoft/Bullhorn Reporting, and Recruitment technology/ATS. Previously she worked as the Vice President of Staffing with Randstad Life Sciences. She was dedicated to Randstad Life Sciences/Randstad Pharma/Delta Pharma with increasing responsibility for 12 years. Before joining Randstad, Lisa was dedicated to Abbott Laboratories for 6 years, managing pre-clinical & clinical development recruitment with increasing responsibility for the Global Pharmaceutical R&D division. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Applied Research from Alverno College, Milwaukee, WI. She graduated from the Randstad Blue Chip Advantage executive development program.
