I am a young professional immersed in a world of opportunity, with a passion driven desire to contribute to something greater. With so many areas in which my skill set is relevant I hope to find a true career path driven by passion. Whether that’s Pharma or environmental, regulatory, or non profit, to be a part of positive change, requiring challenge to succeed, is my goal. From the bench as an associate chemist to microbiologist conducting experiments for consumer bound vaccines to review phase four clinical research, to big tobacco, I have gained a vast array of skills. Exposure to many the facets of science and its applications in today’s world has been Immense. As a do er and a worker I thrive in an environment where mental fortitude is as essential as physical. I do not fear failure as it’s indicative of trying and opportunity to grow. I am a quick learner and will always share my knowledge if helpful to others. “A self cleaning oven” said my previous boss (regarding my work ethic) as I am task oriented, accountable, communicative, organized, and deliver on time with quality. I hold myself to high standards. I am a proponent of communication and collaboration; whether an independent study or a large group project, both are critical to success. I pay close attention to detail, and do my job with integrity. I welcome constructive criticism, as it affords me an opportunity to better my performance and prevent future mistakes. I own my mistakes and successes, and take ownership for, and pride in, my role.
