Lisa Richardson empowers mission-driven leaders and organizations to celebrate, engage, and prioritize their strengths in order to thrive and create meaningful change.After a decade spent teaching and leading in schools, I realized the impact of burnout and the critical need for well-being to sustain mission-driven work. Using my experience and the science and research of positive psychology, I support individuals and communities to cultivate well-being and create positive and sustainable change.I am currently the Sr. Manager of Communications and Strategic Initiatives at Guild Education, where I have the opportunity to partner with multiple leaders and key stakeholders to develop compelling narratives and strategic communication to drive engagement, connection, and cross-functional collaboration. I am also a Coach for Burn-In Mindset, applying positive psychology research to support high performing school leaders and teachers to cultivate resilience and well-being, empowering thriving and sustainable communities.
