During my 20+ year career I have offered structured coaching support to 1,000s of professionals who want to get clear, believe in themselves and take action. Offering genuine compassion and understanding, I thrive on helping people grow professionally, through talent management, training, workshops, coaching, and mentoring. I love to help people determine what true career success and fulfillment would look like and support them in crafting a plan to achieve that vision. Sometimes that involves an actual career change. Other times it means staying in a career, yet making the needed changes to contribute one's strengths and excel again. Sometimes it includes attending to other life priorities that have been short-changed such as health, relationships, or time with family, friends or contributing in your community. As a board certified coach with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and an extensive background in HR, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in all areas of their life.
