Lisa White

Hi my name is Lisa, I'm 40 years old married for 15 years. I have spent most of working years in retail, apart from a short spell in the caring industry. I am currently a customer trading manager for sainsbury's, completing safe and legal tasks, banking, observations, till loss, serving customers, training, making sure procedures are in place and being followed, opening and closing of the store and many more things. My first position in sainsbury's was in the customer restaurant, I was then encouraged to go for team leader role, to which I was successful and then moved onto checkouts, leading a group of approx 65 people, I then progressed onto grocery, which then led my progression to petrol. I like a challenge, I work well with others. I'm enjoying my current role very challenging but always looking to progress all the time. I'm fun but fair. I enjoy exercising, reading, netflix, cars, horses. I have 4 beautiful nieces who I love spending time with, great time to have some fun and really let go.
