I have a passion for animals (Rescue's particularly), art and gardening, which are also my stress relievers and personal time outlets. I believe that every being and thing in this world has its own unique place: A piece of art can seem out of place if not displayed in the right setting; a plant will not grow if planted in the incorrect climate; each rescued animal has its own unique personality and needs, and it is imperative to place it in the right environment, with the right family, where it will be understood, in order to thrive. This is why I am so passionate about Mint Kulca and believe in what they do. The Mint model is based on the proven science that people and companies can only thrive if they are so closely matched and aligned that there is absolute synergy between employer and employee. This practise places Mint Kulca above the norm.
