I go to work to make a difference for the company I work for and to improve Quality of Life for the patient. I bring value through my broad, extensive, 20+ years of experience within Clinical Research and Development. I have gained a strategic mindset and my experience has given me an excellent base for project risk assessment. Furthermore, I have learned how to balance quality, time and cost. I am good at getting buy-in from stakeholders and thrive in an ambitious, changing environment. I have worked with all phases of clinical trials and appreciate the importance of all data collected. I am proud to have be a part of the team who got the world’s first tablet based Immunotherapy treatment approved (GRAZAX, ALK, for treatment of grass pollen allergies). As a project manager I keep the overview and ensure quality and timelines are met.
