Lissa F. Klein

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Lissa F. Klein is a Shareholder in Hall Booth Smith’s Atlanta office. Lissa dedicates her practice to the defense of employers, insurers, and self-insurers throughout the state of Georgia, including many of Georgia’s largest employers. She has extensive experience representing her clients at all administrative and state appellate levels, including obtaining successful results for clients before the Trial and Appellate Divisions of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. Lissa's representation of clients also involves securing many favorable settlements through mediation, including those with high probabilities of catastrophic designation. Lissa's top priority is to work towards securing the best possible outcome for each claim. Lissa also works with clients in developing and implementing risk management procedures which reduce exposure before on-the-job accidents have a chance to take place. She frequently presents educational seminars where she advises on the latest developments in workers’ compensation law.
