I am an attorney providing expert legal representation to individuals and companies. My experience is quite broad and if you've got a business transactional matter, I've most likely seen one (or many) like it before. I am licensed to practice law in New York, but am available to help clients across the country. I also work with law firms, in-house legal departments, and solo attorneys as a freelance attorney available to provide expert corporate transactional help when they need it on a billable hour basis. Freelance attorneys are particularly useful to provide an extra set of hands when your workload ebbs and flows. In many states you can mark up my rate when you bill clients for my time, making me a profit center for your practice. I am happy to work in the background while you use my work product, or in a client-facing role. I have my own malpractice insurance and AmLaw 200 experience. References from other freelance clients available upon request, I am an excellent drafter and writer with strict attention to detail that allows me to pick up on things many other lawyers might miss. However, I always continue to see the big picture and the interplay of provisions. My style of negotiation was developed to take advantage of my natural talents and personality and has been proven to be very effective.
