Lize Greeff

Lize is passionate about making a difference to individuals and teams through utilizing her experience and skill to support their development and the realization of their full potential. She brings extensive corporate experience and sound exposure across different disciplines. She enjoys a good challenge and sees herself as a very energetic and enthusiastic person. Lize has contributed to talent development across many industries and has the unique ability to identify and build talent to achieve company strategy. Complementing this is her extensive experience in individual assessments techniques (e.g. Cognitive, personality and EQ), a skill which enables her to deeply understand and positively impact individual and team dynamics and potential. Lize’s experience includes successfully enabling teams to deliver end-to-end HR processes across large corporates. She has solid experience in operations across Africa, working with the finance, auditing and human capital functions, as well as managing the training and competency development of specialists across all levels. Lize has also facilitated the selection of key executive talent in financial services and parastatals. Her special interest in young talent has grown from developing and managing various training and graduate programs. She is an ICF accredited coach that enjoys narrative coaching. Lize has experience in coaching executives and leaders to enable them to reach their full potential. The highest qualification she has achieved is an M Com Industrial Psychology (2005) and she has been a registered Industrial Psychologist since 2011.
