I started my business to provide quality career counseling and vocational rehabilitation services to organizations and people locally and abroad, and it's been an adventurous journey with twists and turns that keep things quite exciting. Having been in the field for over 10+ years, I've had the opportunity to counsel diverse populations, facilitate groups, administer career assessments, interpret results, and successfully guide individuals through transition and the job search. Services are provided in English or Spanish to persons from various industries and disciplines. I am experienced in both the private and public sectors to include the Department of Labor, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Social Security Administration. Additionally, I provide consulting services to organizations with operations in Latin America seeking to implement career development and outplacement programs for their personnel.
