Wrote Crossmark Marketing Agency five-year agency strategic plan helping drive revenues from $500k to $9M in 18 months and achieving first quarterly profit in agency three-year history. • BRAND MANAGEMENT VP-DIRECTOR P&L responsibility for Core Brands at Borden/LALA. Created Promised Land brand pyramid and executed quarterly 360 marketing plans inclusive of digital and social media, PR, web site redesign, SEO and shopper marketing to support Promised Land national expansion by retailer and market; 2017 results +14% Gross Sales. Also managed agency and internal teams in optimizing packaging structure, pricing, light barrier properties, and on-package benefits communication while increasing gross margin +16 points. • FIELD MARKETING VP-LEADER Recruited, trained and coached 6 Regional Marketing Directors in driving revenue growth and profitability across 13 states. Coached RMDs in Higher Ed meal plan sales resulting in our region achieving the highest sales growth over prior year for Fall 2019. Developed multi-site retail plan for large hospital system focused on increasing client revenue and speed of service; plan encompassed convenience stores, licensed and new proprietary restaurant brands, grab-n-go and technology solutions. • PRODUCT INNOVATION VP-DIRECTOR Created Stage Gate product development process. Managed all consumer-facing project teams, matrix-managing staff of 50 associates. Delivered $50M new product sales for 2012 across Mission and Guerrero brands; developed and launched Life Balance flour tortillas gaining $8.5M+ sales in first year; recognized as IRI Pacesetter innovation.
