Lollita Stratton

I am currently employed in Tasmania, and have a Tasmanian Bachelor of Education Degree, Graduated (2013). I have been teaching for 7 years in a variety of Primary schools across the state. I recently have chaneged direction and I am now focusing on assisting people with perceived Education barriers to find and be successful in work. I am a highly motivated mature aged lover of learning with life experience. I enjoy contributing to my community in a new path ways. I love to learn and make changes to myself and the youth of today. I enjoy working in a team environment where I am valued and engaged in motivating and rewarding day to day work. I am now moving forward in my career and engaging in professional development that will empower me to deliver quality education and training to young adults. As a teacher I have had experience creating warm, inviting environments that engaging and supporting learners. Organising learning plans, units of work and running a tight ship ensures that my students are engaged in their learning. A confident and vibrant speaker I engage with students and adults on a regular basis delivering quality lessons and professional learning.
