Currently hold the position of Executive Director, Human Resources & Organizational Development. In this role, I am responsible for providing human resource leadership and services that efficiently and effectively meet the needs of the City of Hamilton and it's approximately 8000 employees. Prior to this, I served as the Director, Employee Health & Labour Relations for the City of Hamilton, having responsibility for the overall labour relations strategy, including collective bargaining (Chief Negotiator) and overall labour management relations. In addition, I had responsibility for the overall delivery of the City's health, safety and wellness related policies and programs. Prior to this role, held the position of Director, Corporate Health Services and Employee Relations with the Region of Niagara. Graduate of York University (Masters of Human Resources Management), University of Toronto, Rotman School of Business (Advanced Human Resources Management Program), and McMaster University (Bachelor of Commerce). Also hold a CHRL Designation as well as Certification in Leading a Mentally Healthy Workplace (Queens University).
