My work experiences, dealing with multidisciplinary projects, have given me the opportunity to dedicate a constant and continuous attention to the following aspects of the insurance industry, that is to say both to the economic and financial issues, by providing periodic surveillance and thematic reviews, and to the compliance ones, by providing support, advice, analysis and interpretative guidance on regulatory matters. In this way I could deal with a broad variety of challenging assignments, which required to quickly understand and evaluate complex information, thus developing and combining superior industry insight and a strategic mind-set with a structured and consistent approach, ability to synthesize information, distill relevant facts, and reach logical conclusions efficiently and effectively. In addition to this, my experiences into multi-functional and cross-cultural environments have allowed me to acquire superb organizational skills, thus keeping focused while working across various projects and tasks, and a strong confidence in business relations, thus developing flexibility and willingness to quickly adapt to new environment and challenges.
