After a master degree in condensed matter physics, I specialized in the material science applied to the thin films and the solar cells. I'm particularly interested in: - Thin Film Deposition (MOCVD, PECVD and PVD) for surface functionalization; - Thin Film Characterization (SEM, AFM, XRD, FTIR, Hall effect) for the optimization of the macroscopic properties by tuning the material microstructure; - Performance Assessment of Photovoltaic Modules (Large Area Pulsed Solar Simulator, Energy Rating) either in standard test or real operating conditions. I worked in various research institutes in Europe, these experiences allowed me to establish a wide scientific network. Moreover, I became proficient in English, French, Italian (mothertongue) and reached a good knowledge of German. I'm highly motivated to apply my experience to the conception and the development of products that take advantage of the peculiarity of the different thin films (e.g. multilayer films); ideally as research or development engineer in a R&D industrial department.
