I have raised from a bottom line technician to high level engineer with deep knowledge in telecommunication and Electronics, all technology included. At the same time I have completed project management and other courses that allow me to have 360 degree visibility on companies’ production and productivities. I am currently working at Microlek as Business Development Executive and have previously worked for many other companies such as: Vodacom South Africa, Psitek (Pty) Ltd, Watu Foundation (Pty) Ltd, Future Shop Cameroon, WILCOM, C.S.L (Cellular Services Logistics), etc…  I have grown Microlek business into a multi-faceted performance improvement organization with expertise in the Cellphone, smartphone and Tablet repairs industry.  I have designed a unique training programme approved and aligned with MICTSeta (Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority);  I have provided innovative high quality training, services and products and boost skills development by means of learnership, internship, training and grooming programs which address the imminent problem facing the youth around the world and especially in Africa;  I have shaped unique skills development training program which provides development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change  I have Build a strong and good relationship with companies’ I have done and still doing business with;  I have designed, customized and setup an advanced mobile phone repair center with full ESD compliance;  Created a full process of Reverse logistics for a new established company in Mobile phone  I have designed many websites for Microlek’s Business such as repair website, E-learning website, e-commerce website, etc…  Have trained many technicians from various companies such as: TT3 Repairs (S.A), MTN S.A, repairhouse.se (Sweden), African Resonance Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd (S.A), Chancellor College: University of Malawi, Mobimend (S.A), Mikros Traffic Monitoring (Pty) Ltd, iTMaster, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Angola, Namibia, Lesotho, etc…  I have developed some great skills in technical sales and Marketing;  Implementation of Future Shop Workshop and MTN Cameroon Repairs Centre  Optimization of Emico Informatics Workshop Efficiency  Test procedure design of cell phone repairs  Design of Nokia sales catalogue for Future Shop sales team  Design of schematic and repairs diagram for a 200W ATX power supply
