I am a MSc CEng MICE and an international consultant with more than 25 years of successful experience leading the management of multidisciplinary projects in the public and private sector from inception to implementation and service, managing, coordinating and supervising multi-cultural and transversal teams in different countries. I have been Head of Infrastructures Projects in Spain, United Arab Emirates and India, with overall accountability and responsibility of high profile projects and business units. Since 2015 I am based in United Kingdom where I am working for High Speed 2 Ltd. At the Phase One Construction Directorate as Senior Project Engineer in West Midlands Stations Team. I have also acquired significant experience as instructor of Road Safety in several courses with the sponsor of the Spanish Society for Road Safety, participating in research projects for the European Commission. Innovation and Research have been predominant skills in the developments of my career, and I am the author of several patents and utility models.
