I work in Marketing Intelligence department of Sky Italia, I am part of Customer Interaction team. I support business teams to targeting direct marketing communications, improve omni-channel contact strategy and analyze customer journey performances. I have a strong knowledge on SQL and analytics tools as IBM Unica Campaign, Business Object, SAS Enterprise Guide as well as Microsoft Excel and Access. All over my experiences, I have developed several skills: I am always focused on the goal, with a proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude. I am used to making decisions considering the customer experience as a priority, and I have very good skills in organizing work, in order to fulfill the terms of deadlines. I have a marketing academic background, and a particular propension to analytical marketing, I really like this aspect. I am able to produce and analyze data and reports to deepen the customer's profile, with the objective to evaluate and exploit business opportunities.
