I was employed by Tri Wire for 21 years. Started back in 2000 as a call center representative, quickly moved to the billing/invoicing department. In 2002 became the billing supervisor. Overseeing and incorporating best practices to ensure our field technicians capture 100% of their earnings weekly. Within the next 3 years I was promoted to Comm Ops/billing manager. Established a national Comm Ops center of 45 individuals working 16/7 within multiple time zones, as well as a 12 person billing/ invoicing department. In 2008 I was promoted to Vice President of Client Services with continued focus on efficiency and policies within the company. I was awarded the opportunity to incorporate the time management team within my management umbrella in 2015.Over the past 21years I helped Tri Wire evolve within the rapidly changing telecommunication industry to become one of the top telecommunications business partners for multiple MSO's. I continue to learn everyday with eagerness. Always reaching to become the best I can.
